At Australian Boot Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your boots aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your footwear is in its original packaging, unworn, and accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully place the boots in their original box, secure them in a shipping mailer, and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
